On September 25, 2007, Safe Horizon, the nation's leading victim assistance organization, will host the national launch of SafeWork, an innovative initiative that helps corporations keep its employees safe while also protecting their bottom line. SafeWork has already reached more than 350 executives since 2005, helping more than 70 corporations address domestic violence through training, education, public awareness, and other initiatives.

On It's Time to Talk Day, CEOs from leading corporations will announce their role as Founding Members of SafeWork 2010, a national movement that challenges corporate America to lead change on this issue. Through SafeWork 2010, Safe Horizon will secure the commitment of 200 CEOs by 2010 to take action to address domestic violence in the workplace.
